THIS IS AN OLD 1800's VICTORIAN KEROSENE OIL LAMP THE WAS CONVERTED TO ELECTRIC IN THE EARLY 1900's
LIGHT / TABLE LAMP
HAS A BRASS METAL FOOTED BOTTOM BASE AND PULL CHAIN SOCKET INSIDE CONVERTED OIL FIXTURE
CONVERTED THROUGH OPEN CENTER MIDDLE OF OIL FONT SO COULD EASILY BE CONVERTED BACK
CONVERTED TOO ELECTRIC...HAS A TOP PULL CHAIN WHICH MAKES IT A LITTLE HARDER TO USE THE GLASS GLOBE CHIMNEY...CAN EASILY BE CHANGED TO A REGULAR SOCKET.
OVER-ALL MEASURES 8 1/2" x 19 1/2" TALL TO TOP OF CHIMNEY
